Its been another tough Friday night.  My first game felt alright with a 161.  But after that the lanes dried up bad.  And even though I know how to make the right adjustments I struggle with my approach because it feels strange standing four or five boards over from my mark so with my last two games sucking I ended the night with a 403.  Better luck next time I guess.

Wow, this night started out horrendous!  My timing was way off and I had a lot of balls missing my target all together.  This went on for the first two games, first was a 128 and the second was a 110.  My other problem was with my spare shooting.  I would move over the amount of boards that I should to pick up the spare but I would pull the ball on the release because i wouldn't have much confidence in my shot.  My final game of the night I made my corrections in the approach which was slow my steps down between my second and third step, that helped me not rush my swing causing me to be way out of timing.  I also committed to my spare shooting system and was able to keep from having too many open frames.  My third game was a personal high for me at a astounding 210 lol.  My series was a 448 which is better than last time.  So in the end I learned some more about my game and was able to correct some issues along the way.  I'm afraid I will miss out on leagues next week because of work but I will try to get some practice in on the weekend.  It can only go up from here.
